Has any of you read the books by Bradley Trevor Greive? If you haven't, try to read one of them.
One of my favourite is The Blue Day Book which BTG subtitled it "A lesson in Cheering Yourself Up". The quote at the back of the book is this:
"Everybody has blue days. Oh, what to do, what to do? Who knows what fantastic things are in store just around the corner? get out there and go for it! Live every day as if it were your last, because one day it will be".
